I have always done some type of craft growing up. My mom was very creative and taught me to use my imagination. Then one day I picked up a paint brush and never looked back.

I am a self taught artist, I started painting designs by some of my favorite artists which lead me to where I am now, designing my own patterns.

I never know when my next idea is going to come to me. For instance I just had family coming to town which lead to a bunny in my yard which lead to the holiday and the result was one of my designs called “Family”.  My husband teases me and calls my design process Cheryl World.

I have designed numerous patterns for magazines, have patterns listed with craft supply companies as well as on my own website.
